Shipping Policy

Lady Bella Candles has 5-7 business day processing time on all orders except for souvenir for events regardless of the chosen shipping method.

All orders that are placed over the weekend will be processed during normal business hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched with the selected carrier.

Delivery time depends on the carrier but usually takes from 2-5 business days depending on your location. Keep in mind that seasons like holidays may affect this timeframes due to volume.

All orders will receive a tracking number once they're ready to go via email. It's the customer's responsibility to track their order. Lady Bella Candles is not responsible for any lost packages.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. Lady Bella Candles is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If the package return to us, Lady Bella Candles will not take responsibility for any shipping charges. Please note that we can ship your package again to an alternative address, but you will be required to cover the associated shipping costs.

Refunds & Exchanges

All our products are carefully inspected and properly packed before they are shipped out

Please note these items are all handmade and non-returnable, however we will always do our best to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If your item is damage, please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. Contact us at ladybellacandles@gmail.com

Cancelling orders

If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
